"Fried to order and it was piping hot and crispy. Just below the train station so you can't expect the prices to be low, especially in Cinque Terre. No queue as it was still early and there was no crowd during November. The box of fried anchovies was polished off by the time the train arrived 5 minutes later."

"Got the calamari and fries which I thought were quite good! Others mentioned salty which they were but that’s how I like them. Portion size was just right in my opinion. Food was nice and hot and location is right on beach which is perfect."

"Excellent calamari cooked just right. It's a walk up restaurant and fast service. There was a line and lots of people saying it's fantastic so we got some and loved it. Maybe it varies by day or chef based on the other reviews? Sometimes people go on the internet only to complain. We would go back if it was near us."
